These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the JCI India Zone 3 Business Directory (“Directory”), a digital platform created to facilitate networking, business visibility, and professional collaboration among JCI India Zone 3 members. By registering, accessing, or using the Directory, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Access to the Directory is strictly limited to active and verified members of JCI India Zone 3. By submitting your details, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and belongs to you or your authorized business entity. The Directory administrators reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any profile without prior notice if eligibility criteria are not met or information is found to be misleading.

Members are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and regular updating of their profile information, including business category, city, contact details, and descriptions. The Directory does not independently verify business claims, certifications, or service quality and shall not be held liable for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from member-provided information.

The Directory is intended exclusively for professional networking, business referrals, collaboration, and communication among Zone 3 members. Any misuse, including but not limited to spamming, unsolicited promotions, misleading offers, or non-JCI-related marketing, is strictly prohibited. Members must use the platform respectfully and ethically, in alignment with JCI values.

Members may contact each other via the provided contact details or messaging features solely for legitimate business or networking purposes. Harassment, offensive communication, misrepresentation, or unethical solicitation will result in immediate suspension or removal from the Directory. All interactions must maintain professional decorum and mutual respect.

Personal and business information shared on the Directory is intended for internal use among JCI Zone 3 members only. Members agree not to copy, scrape, distribute, sell, or misuse data obtained from the Directory for external marketing, databases, or commercial resale. Any violation of data privacy will be treated as a serious breach and may invite disciplinary action.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted access, the Directory may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. The administrators do not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from platform unavailability.

The Directory acts solely as a networking facilitator and does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any member, product, or service listed. All business transactions, agreements, or collaborations initiated through the Directory are undertaken at the member’s own risk. The platform and its administrators shall not be responsible for financial loss, disputes, service quality issues, or legal matters between members.

All platform content, structure, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of the Directory administrators unless stated otherwise. Members may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. Continued use of the Directory after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

The administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Directory without notice in cases of policy violation, misuse, unethical conduct, or actions that harm the reputation or objectives of JCI India Zone 3.
