1. No Registration or Usage Fee

Currently, the JCI India Zone 3 Business Directory does not charge any separate registration fee, subscription fee, or usage fee for listing or promoting businesses on the platform. Access to the Directory is provided as a value-added initiative exclusively for members of JCI India Zone 3. Since no monetary payment is collected for registration or participation, the question of refunds does not arise.

2. Eligibility for Access

All active and verified JCI India Zone 3 members are eligible to register on the Directory and create their business profile, subject to compliance with the platform’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Registration is voluntary, and members may choose to use or discontinue use of the platform at any time without any financial implication.

3. No Financial Transactions

The Directory does not facilitate, collect, or process payments related to business listings, networking access, or member communication. Any business transactions, commercial engagements, or financial dealings initiated between members outside the platform are independent of the Directory and are conducted at the sole discretion and responsibility of the involved parties.

4. External Payments and Disputes

In the event that members engage in paid services, partnerships, or business exchanges with other members discovered through the Directory, the platform bears no responsibility for such transactions. Any disputes, payment issues, or refund claims arising from these independent dealings must be resolved directly between the concerned parties. The Directory does not mediate or intervene in such matters.

5. Future Policy Changes

If, at any point in the future, the Directory introduces paid features, premium listings, or subscription-based services, a revised Refund Policy will be published clearly outlining the applicable terms, conditions, and eligibility for refunds. Members will be informed of such changes in advance, and updated policies will apply only to those paid services.
